Domestic Shipping Only


At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
 

Order Processing Time


All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
 

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
 

If you need your order more quickly, please contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate expedited shipping when possible.
 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 

Damages During Shipping


Broads at Seltzer is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
 

Your order will include postage insurance. Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
